Early Access Program

Subscribe Sense is currently accepting new early access users for our ConvertKit integration, so you can start reducing the number of unconfirmed subscribers on your lists ASAP.

For now, we're personally onboarding all our early access users via a Zoom call, to make sure that we're meeting everyone's needs and getting crucial feedback from you during the process.

Click the button below to book a slot to get started.

While booking your slot, you'll be asked a few questions about your setup so that we can be best prepared to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Drop us a line, we're happy to answer any questions.

What will I need to do during the onboarding? What do I need access to?

We will be adding a javascript snippet to your website on the page where your ConvertKit form lives (note that we can't support ConvertKit landing pages, only forms hosted on your own site are supported), so you'll need to be able to add that snippet to your html. If you're not 100% sure how to do this, we can help.

We'll also be making some minor changes to your ConvertKit setup and exporting some historical data, so you'll need access to your ConvertKit account. Note that you'll need a paid account (Creator plan or higher) to have access to an API key for this integration.

Finally, you'll optionally be setting up some DNS records to send reminder emails on your behalf, so access to your DNS configuration is required for this. (Reminders are optional and the last mitigation technique we use when trying to increase confirmation rates, but nice to have.) Again, if you don't know how to do this, we're happy to help.

I don't use ConvertKit, do you support other mail providers?

We will eventually, but are starting with only ConvertKit as our first integration. If you want to be notified when we have support for your provider, join our mailing list.

Do I have to pay you for the product while it is in early access?

No! Subscribe Sense is 100% free during the early access period.

How long is the early access period?

We'll keep the product in early access as long as necessary to make sure all the bugs are ironed out and that we've got a good handle on the value we're able to provide our customers. At this point, expect it to remain in early access until at least the end of August.

How much will it cost once the early access is over?

Part of the early access program is determining how much value you, our customers, get from the product, so we won't be setting prices until we're able to see how much those confirmation rates improve and talk to you about it. But you can expect that, after our early access program, we will have a free tier with a capped number of new subscribers each month that see our friction-reducing magic, so you'll be able to get some value from the product regardless of your budget.
